Every person has an innate talent in leadership. However, each has unique ways of expressing this talent through various forms, such as actions and communication. Some people are inclined to leading while others have not yet explored this talent. Therefore, the latter must seek guidance from other people or read books that can guide them through this life. One of the books that offer help in improving one's leadership is Kevin Cashman's "Leadership from the Inside Out: Becoming a Leader for Life."
Cashman (2017) provided stories and applications where the readers can employ the eight (8) mastery areas that nurture cognizance, resolution, character, originality, goals, responsiveness, involvement, and service. Previously, these skills are thought to be "nice-to-have," but currently, these claimed so much value because these help an individual reach the top. These are the fundamental foundations of success.
Like any other life guide book, Cashman's way of encouraging his readers is inspiring and never degrading or corrupting. It promotes the reader's awareness by teaching one to improve comprehension in reading and during communication.
