How sufficient are the answers to the questions? Most of the questions from the assignment are sufficiently answered. The moral problem of racial discrimination is properly mentioned and it is a good topic as it is an issue that has been affecting society widely even today. The decision of the organization on the issue also follows the question’s guidelines by relating to the communication practice. However, a question that appears to be poorly answered is how the different stakeholders are affected by this issue and whether the stakeholders can voluntarily choose to be affected by this moral issue.
What facts might be missing? There are no proper facts that show how the stakeholders mentioned can be affected by this issue. An example of how they would be affected would be, the group YSL which has a collaboration with L’Oreal could see decline in sales if L’Oreal began to lose market. The group Glossier, which has a small partnership with L’Oreal, may either experience a drop in sales or a huge rise since it is an independent company if L’Oreal was to lose its market. You can mention that these stakeholders depending on their level of independence can choose whether to be affected or not by terminating partnerships.
