Develop an introduction and conclusion for your paper. Follow the steps to complete the assignment.
Step 1. Describe the actions of the leader you are shadowing in relation to others.
Include leadership style, communication style, and leadership traits displayed in interactions with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
Step 2. Provide a detailed description of your observations about leadership made during at least two shadowing experiences.

Sutter Health is one of the leading organizations in the health sector given that it serves more than 3 million patients primarily from Northern California. The organization’s vision is to make healthcare accessible and affordable to all Americans while its mission is to create an integrated healthcare system that delivers comprehensive services and high quality programs that are customized to the diverse needs of its target population. Her innovative leadership style has made her an effective communicator as seen through her interactions with both her staff and her clients. She has a steady communication style that is people-oriented rather than task-oriented (De Vries et al., 2010). She is very cooperative, patient, friendly, and relaxed but very thorough in whatever she does. She is a good listener and a great team player. As the primary leader in the organization, she is the vision-bearer and always seeks to ring every other stakeholder on board (De Vries et al., 2010). She is also very democratic in her decision-making process as she tries to embrace different views as much as she can before making the final decision.
