Background
Since its establishment, the company has not been running according to the gazette laws of the country regarding employment and labor issues. There are two concerns where employees are complaining the wages they are paid per day are not proportionate to the hard work they put into their jobs. Secondly, many of the employees feel insecure and uncertain about their future savings. There has also been rising demand for employment benefits by the employees who have been advocating for there to be a representative in the company. Thus, the issue is of importance because of the unrest and dissatisfaction of the employees with the management.
