GLOBALIZATION
Globalization is basically the element of increased interaction between the people without the limit of their country boundaries (Samimi & Jenatabadi, 2014). This means that people from across the globe can interact with a more free aspect whether they are transacting business or they are simply enjoying the element of intercultural exchanges. This is a crucial development and one that has been quite influential when it comes to the change of technologies across the borders. Ideally, as countries open their border through policies that encourage these interactions, technology knowhow developed in other countries trickle in bringing in growth. In some part of the globe, there was some resistance to this concept relative to the competition between countries. However, over the last few decades most of the countries have opened their borders to the possibilities of sharing technologies, cultures and even ideas. These ideas are then developed further while others are formed.
For example in the realm of computers and information technology, the influence of globalization has been felt in ripples every other month. Where technology used to take ages before it could be refined, it now takes days (Samimi & Jenatabadi, 2014). This is relative to the fact that, as the industry merchants interact with the technology they are able to streamline the same. They bring in their expertise and bring out a better product which better serves the globe other than the community where the product was developed.
