Program Description
Koru Mindfulness is a health and wellness education program developed by Duke University. It is an idea developed by mental health professionals from the institution. The program's design helps meet University and College students' developmental needs. It involves four 75 minute sessions. Ten minutes are set aside for the students to train by themselves during the daily sessions. At the end of the first session, students get tools to improve their mindfulness. Participants should strictly follow guidelines by engaging in outlined activities to record desired outcomes.
