Selecting a home is a significant milestone for every human being because a home serves as one’s paradise where one can forget the problems encountered in the wilderness. Thus, choosing a place to live in shall be given significant attention.
Thesis Statement:
Knowing one’s necessities can aid a person in choosing what is best for him—living in a house or living in an apartment, both of which has its advantages and disadvantages which depend on the desires, wishes, and necessities of the future homeowner.
II. Topic Sentence 1:
A house has a large space while an apartment can be petite. Because of this, activities can either be vast or limited.

Larger spaces can accommodate more people. Thus, this is very ideal when a person has a large family. Furthermore, it is perfect for recreational activities, hosting parties, and meetings, and it can also serve as the personal playhouse of children.
