Based on the test results, there are several questions I did not do correctly. There are numerous codes that I got wrong. The first wrong code is question 2, which was answered wrongly and never aligned with the correct answer. Question 3 was also answered wrongly, where a wrong CPT code was assigned to the case. Question 4 was wrong because I failed to crosscheck the terms in order to arrive at the correct answer. Question 5 and also Question 7 through 13, which never followed the correct procedure to develop the right codes for the cases.
