Every educator must be aware of their student's learning styles. It enables him to recognize and appreciate his own learning style as well as those of others. As a result, he is able to create ways and manners that will improve his students' learning experience. In line with this, this essay will concentrate on the learning type I discovered after taking my VARK survey, which is a multimodal learning style. A multimodal learning approach incorporates different components of learning. As a result, in the following chapters, I will go over the data I obtained in greater detail.
Learning Preference
I finished the VARK questionnaire and found out that I am a multimodal learner. Lawless (2019) claims that multimodal learning is a preference for learning that balances different learning categories like tactile, visual, and auditory learning. According to my VARK scores, reading and writing are my least preferred learning methods, followed by kinesthetic (9), aural (2), and visual (5). (8). As a result, I enjoy using illustrations, video lectures, and even my own examples and personal experiences.
 
           I think my assessment accurately represents my personal learning style now that I have my scores. Although I am a multimodal learner, it has been established that using visual elements like diagrams, models, charts, films, etc., is what I prefer the most. In the actual world, I also like to watch films or examine summary diagrams of the subject I'm attempting to learn. These films typically introduce the concepts I will be learning, which I then follow up with further learning resources or techniques. Combining these methods improved my ability to understand and remember the information in my study materials. By combining these approaches, I've found that I retain the ideas and principles I've acquired better than when I only read books and other resources.
In light of this, I came to the realization that understanding these learning preferences is crucial for academic success, even for my future students. One of a teacher's primary responsibilities is to establish a comprehensive and efficient learning environment that will maximize his students' learning capacity.
