Summary of My Learning Style According to the VARK Questionnaire
           According to the VARK questionnaire, my learning style is kinesthetic( learning by doing). It is an effective way of learning because it subjects students to practical exercises, hands-on activities, and trial-and-error experimentations (Biradar & Vaidya, 2020). Unlike visual and auditory styles that give learners information to absorb, the kinesthetic method encourages students to discover knowledge themselves. These learners are very sensory. Their minds thrive on the experiment (Caetano et al., 2018). Therefore, kinesthetic learners often learn quickly in classes that integrate practical examples into the curriculum.

My preferred learning strategies revolve around the application of ideas. That is to say, I learn by practicing, doing projects, and watching videos that demonstrate how to perform actual tasks. These strategies give me the best learning outcomes. They encourage me to think outside the box, love experimenting with things, and develop the technical skills required in my field of practice. They also help me grasp the big picture of a lesson. Instead of thinking of a presentation as a task completed at school, the approaches always give me a much easier time connecting that presentation to my everyday life. 
My current preferred learning strategies are similar to the identified strategies for my preferred learning style. Both strategies involve learning by doing. As a kinesthetic student, I learn more by doing or experiencing the concepts learned in class. Practical examples, experiences, completion of tasks, demonstrations, and trial and error experimentations create stronger memory connections as I study. I engage them while grasping a concept. I also attend practical sessions and use actions to help my understanding. 
Practice is the most crucial part of learning as it equips students with adequate knowledge and skills to perform a task. Besides, it increases a person’s ability to access information rapidly and automatically (Kadiriye et al., 2022). Like other hands-on learners, I prefer being actively and physically engaged in the course material and other activities, which is why my strategies are based on actions. According to VARK, kinesthetic learning appeals to individuals who prefer being active while learning. They process information faster once they are physically in contact with the material.
