In this category, I would consider myself a novice. This segment is largely determined by the measure of professional association involvement and certification, ethical behavior and practice. I am, however working on getting the relevant certification and seeking opportunities which will help me get practical work experience to build myself in this area.
Career planning
Regarding career planning, I would consider myself an expert. I have sought advice from several people to help me decide on my career trajectory and what I need to position myself for the opportunities which can help me land my dream job. I have refined my focus, and I have continually been hinging my decisions on this career goal. I have found ways to avoid distractions which can hurt my prospects of landing my dream job. I am confident I am an informed architect of my career goals and my progress towards this goal has been challenging but positive.
Personal journey disciplines
Regarding personal journey disciplines, I consider myself proficient. I am yet to become the best version of myself learning from my setbacks and successes CITATION The05 \l 1033 (The American Organization of Nurse Executives, 2005). I have however been keen to act on feedback on my strengths and weaknesses and learning from being an example to others. I have also sought mentorship from colleagues from notable individuals in my field and created a personal, professional and career goals.

In my self-assessment, I think I have some way t got in the factors above, but my current level is above average.
