Introduction
In the healthcare industry, using the 4Ps framework and Porter's Value Chain model can be a potent tactic to better match organizational needs with marketing initiatives. I will discuss how these frameworks can be used in a hospital context in this reflection and give an example of how evolving technologies and shifting demographics have affected healthcare companies.
Porter's Value Chain Analysis
Porter's Value Chain model helps organizations uncover competitive advantages by studying their processes.
