The first case study places a nurse in a compromising situation by presenting patients whose decisions seem to get influenced by the mother's health opinion. The first move will be to inquire from the parent about the essentialness of the examination she needs for her daughters. Family history factors or early childhood injuries could be some issues that propel the mother towards having a pelvic exam on her children.
