During this volunteer experience, I had the opportunity to work as part of a team tasked with better understanding the needs of patients in the facility and how said needs can be better addressed. As such, this involved conducting multiple interviews with the patients that were in a position to do so as well as occasionally engaging the families of the patients to obtain feedback on the services that the facility offers. This proved to be an exciting and engaging process.
