An EBP plays an important role in the world of healthcare by ensuring that patients receive the best care possible that has been tested and declared clinically helpful. By observing the concept of the EBP, a prepared RN is able to offer the best care as the patient expects.
In regard to my project of nursing bullying, I would integrate evidence into my practice by encouraging novice nurses to resist participating in medical procedures that they are not fully aware of. Performing such procedures without supervision would be to the disadvantage of the patient and, this means that they will not receive the best care.
