Health technologies have had an eminent impact on patient care, prolonging life and improving the value of life. Computers have made it easy to track patient health records and manage care as the information feed in the system is stored permanently. This change has reduced errors and improved the quality of health. Electronic Health Records (EHRs) make patient information readily available; the medical history, prescriptions, treatment plan, laboratory, and test. It provides medical evidence, which is vital in decision-making about a patient.
