Health information technologies, tools, applications, processes, and structures were very useful in managing health data. Health information technologies were very useful in storing and tracking data of different patients. Through this, data was well analyzed and the overall patient care was improved. Consequently, these tools ensured that there was effective communication such that information was able to be shared across health providers in the departments (Frieson, 2018). It was also very easy to group patients with the use of EHR-based registries. As a result, it was easier to identify high-risk patients and provide quality services.
