The GetWellNetwork's Marbella is one of the technologies that can be implemented in my project to ensure the reduction of the nursing shortage. This technology plays an important role in hospitals by automating data collection and reporting task. The filling of information using a paper and a pen takes a lot of time hence reducing the period that the nurses could have been spending in taking care of the patients. Therefore, with this technology in the hospital, the nurses will be relieved the burden of passing patients information manually. This means that they will have more time to attend to their patients hence ensuring quality medical care.
