Career Fair Reflection
During the Career Fair held on 25th September I was able to talk to two employers. These are the SHI International Corp Corporation and the BBVA Compass. As expected from such internationally recognized businesses, there was a lot to learn. In the case of SHI Corp, I learned that the corporation deals mainly with the provision of technology products and particularly offering information technology (IT) solutions all over the world. Per year, the company generates $5 to $10 in revenue. BBVA Compass, on the other hand, is a company that offers commercial banking and credit services. Its revenue per year is $3.376. From the information gathered concerning the two employers, I can say that I am indeed interested in learning more about the employer SHI Corp. The reason for this is that I am passionate about technology and therefore working in such an environment will, without doubt, be great fun as well as an opportunity for learning more.
As mentioned before, my interest in information technology (IT) is great, and for this reason, I will follow up with the SHI Corp Corporation. Also, the corporation considers young professionals and also offers an excellent commission as evidenced by their revenue per year. Maybe the most interesting of all is the fact that they offer communication and media studies, something that I believe will expand my knowledge in the areas.
