According to Dos Santos (2020), an extensive range of students who graduated at the secondary level want to pursue a nursing career. This can be because of the continuous evolution of nursing and other health professions and as research knowledge and skills also climb up sharply (Jensen, 2019). This is the product of many historical, social, and economic determinants that greatly influence the nursing profession and education.
In Saudi, gender and socio-cultural are significant factors that affected the nursing profession's image and socialization. That is why men and women separation in the nursing department was approved and implemented. Also, the image of nurses from Saudi Arabian people's perspective was on society's negative side. They have viewed female nurses as provocative individuals and nursing as low status and profession.
