Truly, she is suffering from a depressive disorder. American Psychiatric Association (2013) describes patients of depressive disorders always possess unfriendly reactions against counselors. Depressive situations usually lead to abnormal body functioning. For that reason, physicians have made a medication that immediately relieves one from such disorders. The instant drug to curb mental disorder is Amitriptyline, which is taken orally and has quicker effect, which relieves one from a mental disorder. World Health Organization (2009), as well recommends that the medicine above is sufficient to cure depressive disorders.

In counseling, experts always use a cognitive approach as a way of handling patients' issues. It begins by understanding the root cause of the clients' problems and advising them accordingly. In most cases, mental disorders attribute to negative thoughts in the mind of a patient.
