Description of Learning Starteteies and My Preferred One
Visual, Aural, Read/Write, and Kinesthetic (VARK) comprise these four learning modalities. It is a conceptual framework advanced by Neil D. Fleming and Coleen E. Mil in 1992 (Mixcoatl-Martinez, 2017).  Identifying and deploying suitable learning styles plays an essential role in selecting teaching styles that improve education. VARK approach is a model use to identify the learners' preferred approaches to learning. First, the learners who prefer visuals are inclined to learning methods involving spaces, graphs, videos, maps, diagrams, and charts. Second, the aural learners or people have a strong aural preference for learning processes that involve audios, discussions, stories, guest speakers, chats. Third, Read/write learning approaches are proffered by individuals who prefer written content, descriptions, notes, texts, lists such as a,b,c, or 1,2,3, especially when categorizing things, arrange words into hierarchies and points, extract meanings from headings and titles, correct mistakes, challenges regulations and regulations resulting from the wording and write of speak using challenging words. Finally, there is a Kinesthetic type of learning where people show a solid kinesthetic preference for learning such as senses, practical exercises, examples, cases, trial and error.
From my VARK scores, it is apparent that I prefer learning strategies, kinesthetic being the best, followed by visual, aural, and lastly, Read/Write as shown by the results Visual 11: Aural 6: Read/Write 1: Kinesthetic 12.
Learning style or approach refers to the observations that each person's unique and preferred way of accumulating knowledge. For example, while some prefer listening to learn better, other people need to write, or they only need to read the text or see a picture or watch a video to remember later. According to Fleming and Mills, the learning styles are categorized as Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic (Buşan,2014). However, Busan (2014) argues that there is no evidence that teaching according to a specific learning style can help a person, but this cannot be ignored. 
From the results, kinesthetic learning tends to dominate my learning strategy. Kinesthetic learners learn through moving and touching. Kinesthetic learners refer to action and movement. They prefer doing rather than talking. I am also visual learning. Visual learners learn predominantly with their eyes; they learn through seeing rather than talk about them. Thus, I would love to watch videotaped instructions as a learning modal. They like to watch demonstrations and will typically get more out of videotaped instruction rather than a lecture. I like visual displays such as pictures, diagrams, PowerPoint presentations, videos, flipcharts, handouts, field trips, etc.
