A successful project must provide accurate, reliable and effective results. Accuracy of the results is based on the hypotheses of project and if the hypotheses proved to be collect or they were disapproved by the project research carried out. If the hypothesis of a research project is proved to be right after the results of research analysis come makes the hypothesis true and also provide a backup proof of the claim (Soucheray, 2017).
The effectiveness of any project results is the backbone of the project that the conclusions were made. The effectiveness tries to raise some very critical issues; how applicable is the results of the project? How the project is relevant to the implementation is the results of the project?
To achieve effectiveness to the proposed solutions that the project research concluded, all the variables are assessed and analyzed using acceptable and effective methods. This is done with the reference of certain goals that are to be attained by the project (Soucheray, 2017).. This evaluation is of the methods to determine the proposed solution is thus very crucial because without accurate and effective solutions to the project hypothesis, the project is not useful to anyone and cannot be used to implement any conclusions it has made.
Several methods can be used to assess the success of a project. These are the parameters that the project was undertaken with. Was this done according to the plan of the project? This is the question that the evaluation should answer? (Mo & Lau, 2015). In this case a project to determine the cause of Influenza Flu among the elderly, analyze results of the finding, campaign for vaccination and implementation of the vaccine will be used as reference. The budget target is $7800 and is scheduled to be undertaken in 2018 in Long island, New York.
One of the method that can be used to evaluate project effectiveness is the budget of the project. Too much spending means that the project was mismanaged and that can be a cause of compromise for the project results outcome. If the budget was say $7800 it should be in that range of the blueprint calculations. However, there need to be room for fluctuations in the budget due to uncertainties that may occur during the undertaking of the project (Mo & Lau, 2015). Overspending may cause the project to come to a standstill as funding is key in any project.
