The information in the research focuses on persons above the age of 65. The research methodology is a list of steps to take during the cold season. The patients consisted of those with unplanned hospital admissions such as surgery between November 2013 and May 2014. 1038 patients participated in the study. Limitations of the study included the exclusion of patients who were admitted to the hospital for reasons other than those associated with influenza.
