Christianity is defined by God's existence and the belief that God plays a key role in promoting health. Therefore, the more an individual becomes spiritual by getting closer to God, the more they have stable health or heals faster. Christianity also shows specific activities such as honesty and love (Rieg et al., 2018). Christians' key decisions are morally guided based on their spiritual growth and development. The decisions also influence their health and future. The Christians believe that God's morals are suitable and positively affect a person's overall engagement. Whenever Christians uphold ethical principles in their morals, the outcome is diverse and may impact other parties. For instance, in providing healthcare, morals play a key role. Some activities such as abortion are significantly condemned from the Christian perspective. Besides, the healthcare experts' key decisions are influenced by morals, thus qualitative. Therefore, Christian's views of ethics and spirituality are determined by good morals supported by God.
Contrary to the Christian perspective, postmodern relativism is based on human preferences and experiences. It justifies that truth is self-developed; thus, it is complex to identify subjective or objective truth. Postmodernism is majorly defined by human intervention (Rieg et al., 2018), and it does not engage God in truth development. Therefore decisions are made based on human intervention. In health provisions, nurses are engaged based on their worldviews, making it critical and complex sand. Ethical issues arise depending on the level of humanistic skills and development. Therefore, the two perspectives are definite and critically impact healthcare. However, all the perspectives advocate for quality and healthcare, and stability.
Scientism
Scientism is the view that the scientific method and science are the core reasons for individuals to determine the epistemological and normative values. It is also denoted as the view that sciences are the best and the only way of knowledge acquisition (Margolis, 2018). It defines justifies the need to consider science as a crucial element for acquiring knowledge. The view is critical since most disciplinary correlates to science. It is a philosophical interpretation and understanding of what can be known by any party. Scientism justifies that all beliefs should be scientifically based due to the practical aspect. Some of the key supplements of science are testability and observation, which allow individuals to justify their thoughts and beliefs.
