Assessment of Project
The virtual ICU project was developed to provide support for on-care givers through support by remote specialists. Using a dedicated team to offer monitoring and assessment support, it enables intervention when required through the system. As a result, the virtual ICU provides a standardized operation model that gathers data and tracks the result over time to improve efficiency (Udeh et al., 2018). Furthermore, it improves teamwork by bringing together various specialists integrated into the institution to provide world-class services for patients in the ICU.
