School of nursing program outcomes should be consistent with professionalism and correspond with the school's goals, objectives, and mission. The mission of the program is to offer leadership, instill discipline in the profession through service, scholarship, and education. It is also to improve the provision of healthcare services. The following are program outcomes:
* To provide patient-centered healthcare in line with their preferences and values and the entire healthcare system.
* To identify healthcare threats to safety and develop strategies to mitigate them hence reducing harm in the general population. 
* To demonstrate professionalism in their practice.  
* To provide population-oriented care that incorporates health promotion, injury, and disease concepts.
* To apply management and leadership concepts in providing professional and high-quality emphatic and critical care.
EVALUATION PLAN
The school coordinating committee is tasked with program evaluation to assess student competency upon admission, at the end of the first year, at the end of the program, and one year after graduation. It is then summarized in the format below.
