Personal Values and Ethics Statement
We are born into this world as helpless humans who require the assistance of other humans to create our personalities. This personality that we established is also linked to what we believe in, not religiously but ethically, to the one way of life we advocate. This ethical belief that we have occasionally harmed the environment or the society in which we grow up; certain ethical beliefs are based on a country's culture but are acceptable in other countries. Ethical beliefs are like personal values in that they are held by all individuals and are used in their daily decisions CITATION Kin03 \l 1033 (King, 2003). As a result, their actions and decisions may differ from those of others who hold other values. That is why we are one-of-a-kind in every manner.
Research is an essential part of developing new emerging technologies that might help our species improve in the future. It encourages a love of and confidence in reading, writing, evaluating, and sharing essential knowledge; and, lastly, it gives mental sustenance and exercise. Which, in practice, makes everything around us far more conducive to the way we live; study can even foresee the future, allowing us to avoid a future calamity by stopping it before it occurs. Whether personal or professional, combining research gives the researcher's work a sense of integrity, which is critical for any research to be trustworthy.
In a first-world country, a profession like research administration is the primary source of success, and those researchers have been prepared to perform at their best. They may hold different ethical convictions, but their objectives are the same. Values and ethics are difficult to define, and their impact on their professional job can significantly impact the success of their work for their country. Many statistics rely on research and may not function without it, which is why they are a country's top priority.
