If I were to choose to work for a Federal Government branch, I would pick the legislative branch. In our society, the legislatures are independent bodies that answer to the demands of the public. The legislation was created so that proper legal processes can be observed and regulated while at the same time, integrate points of interests of different parties. The legislators must act with dignity and integrity in upholding the creation of the law that would benefit humanity as a whole, and not act on personal interests alone. It is for this reason that legislators must be properly monitored about the ethical and legal standards so that proper health policy can be made.
