Experiential Learning Reflective Paper
In experiential learning, students engage in learning by doing and submitting a reflection on various experiences. Fieldwork, internships, and undergraduate research are examples of activities engaged in experiential learning. When properly implemented, experiential learning programs can foster academic curiosity by encouraging students to engage in cross-disciplinary learning, cultivate leadership, and build a wide range of professional and intellectual abilities. Knowledge, activity, and reflection are the vital components of the process under Kolb's learning cycle. Various learning components and areas will be covered in the reflective paper, including the common core, 21st-century skills, and classroom management. In this paper, I will analyze the common core, evaluate the 21st-century skills by Stauffer, and recommend suitable strategies for classroom management.

However, they still require remediation in their tertiary studies, necessitating the creation of college- and professional standards. The development of learning standards was done after assessing the international standards. The common core is a good idea as it incorporates both skills and content in developing an all-around student. The application of various learning elements to real-life issues is attained in the common core, thus boosting learning standards.
21st Century Skills
I will also analyze 21st-century skills to determine their appropriateness and effectiveness in learning and student development. Bri Stauffer highlights the four important skills in the 21st century, including creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and communication (Stauffer, 2020). The four skills are appropriate in helping students develop a conducive learning environment. Creativity entails developing new ideas or thoughts that enhance problem-solving (Gonzales & Ilagan, 2020). Inner strengths are embraced by students when they engage in creativity and, in turn, motivate others to engage in productive thinking and innovation. The practice of identifying solutions to problems, discovering truths, and separating facts from...
