The Influence of Fear should be Changed
One of the organization’s responsibilities is to create a safe place for its members and build a platform that will allow its members to reach their full potential. It is the main reason why it is significant to have a continuous evaluation of the workplace environment and the current policies to ensure that the members will have opportunities to expand on their knowledge and skills as such actions will benefit the organization in the future for increased efficiency (Hoboubi et al., 2017). Hence, changes in the organization should be done the moment that factors affecting these two negatively impact its members, which also applies to my organization.
The main problem of the organization is the presence of excessive concern over seniority that the new members fail to speak their minds even when their ideas are more innovative and effective than that of their seniors. This is because the seniors frequently want their ideas to be followed such that anyone who questions their plan might be subjected to intimidation, making the organizational strategies less effective than the rest.
