After previewing the assignment what did I expect to learn? (This must be in your own words.)

After previewing this assignment, I expected to learn how businesses operate and the legal framework in their operation within the constitution. I realized that there has to be a connection between what the law expects of businesses and how regulation affects their operation. I also anticipated learning more about the intellectual property rights and what the law requires of businesses in this era. My interest was also on business ethics, considering that businesses operate within the society and they have a higher chance of engaging in unethical business practices.

Which part of the reading was the most difficult for me?

Chapter two and chapter three were the most difficult for my understanding, although I believe that I understood some sections after spending time reading the texts. I spent three hours reading the second chapter and another two hours on the second chapter. I could not make direct interpretation on case readings and I hope that I will make a better progress in the classroom environment.
