Company
The company’s name is Panvy Cheese; the company is located in Wichita state KS. For this company to be successful in this business, what has to be done is differentiate. This will be achieved by creating a unique selling point to make my product stand out by giving a high-quality cheese at a lower price than my competitors since am targeting one state (Dimitrova, 2018). I will also concentrate on quality customer experience. This will be achieved by consistency in high quality given that I'll be making my cheese using the highest quality latest technology. These are the major competencies.
My main competitors in this market are Aria foods, Fonterra, FrieslandaCampina, Savencia, the Lactalis group, and the Kraft Heinz Company (Maida, 2020). The key competencies in these companies are the revenues they bring in they have a wide range of products and bring in a lot of money but except for the Kraft Heinz Company, all these other companies are based abroad and their products are majorly imported. This is one of the major weaknesses I intend to explore; giving my customers quality service on the ground.

The pressures affecting this industry include; bargaining power of buyers there is low loyalty among customers, they can easily change brands. Rivalry amongst existing competitors in setting prices and threats of substitutes of other products used in place of cheese as fewer and fewer people use dairy products. The products likely to affect the competition in this industry are limited it is majorly milk. Some competitor's strategies are going to affect marketing for our small company e.g. Kraft Heinz launched a strategic transformation plan and long-term financial algorithm that will fuel their growth investment in the increase of their marketing spend.
Kraft Heinz's strategy is to invest in itself as a company to get back to the leadership position and also cut costs in which the company can afford to do. Their biggest weakness was the failure to keep up with consumer tastes and I intend to capitalize on that by research through consumer questionnaires and one on one interviews to keep up with consumer demand in my...
