ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE:
Organizational culture refers to an idea in the organizational studies and management field which states the attitudes, experiences, beliefs, values and the psychology of a firm or an organization. It can also be described as the specific collection of norms and values which are shared by groups or people in a firm and that control the means through which they interact and socialize with each other and other people outside their organization (Linda, 2007).
The organizational culture of our Family business, Toddler Foot Works which is a Private Company dealing in the manufacture of baby shoes is built on very strong leadership combined with a very strong effective staff. Our beliefs and values of our company best describe our company’s commitment to our constituents which include our employees, shareholders, vendors and customers.
