Despite improving other sectors such as technology and other areas, organizations, especially the marketing departments, should not forget the role the society plays in enhancing organizational performance. It's among the largest banks in the states and is ranked number four by market capitalization, and comes number twenty-six on the list of fortune 500 companies. Early in 2015, it was ranked as the best banking service company, although scandals of having fake bank accounts in 2016 reduced its popularity (Kostry, 2017). The company boasts of being in the list of top four biggest banks in America. In 2018, the company had over 8,000 branches distributed over 35 countries giving service to over 80 million people globally. The structure of Wells Fargo is broad and covers many areas of business companies. The multinational company has three operational categories. It has banks at the community level, which form its community banking segment. The bank is a great dealer in supplying wholesale services to its branches in the states, which forms the wholesale banking segment. It has the third segment, which is the wealth and investment segment of the company, which is made up of an expert management team that is focused on the investments of the company. Wells Fargo has further broken down its structure into three main operation categories. The service operations can be at a personal level, offered in small businesses, or at the commercial level. Generally, wells Fargo services are retailed through its banking institutions distributed over the 50 states of America and the district of Colombia. The retail services have been improved further through the internet by accessing its website and apps. Apart from banking services, it has other services such as mortgage banking services, has been brokering security services, and other commercial banking and finance services.
