How organizations should respond to security incidents
Organizations should take various steps while responding to a security incident. Some of the steps the enterprises may undertake include; identification, containment, eradication, recovery and follow up. For example, when the organization’s database system gets hacked by unknown hackers the organization should first identify the intense of hacking to determine whether the hackers have accessed all the information regarding the Corporation (Kroenke, 2015). The information should be analyzed to determine whether any form of tampering has occurred to change its meaning.
