Student-athletes could post anonymous ratings on their schools and athletic departments in a repository that RealRecruit related for the general public. This repository contains various issues such as bullying, lousy conduct, addictions, and sexual assault (Schermerhorn & Bachrach, 2020). In addition, this data enabled the school to identify fundamental challenges and fix them before they become chronic. The most moral thing Mercer can do as a company that values transparency is to offer its workforce and clients the liberty to voice their concerns and views without fear of retribution. As seen on the online system of RealRecruit, anonymity frequently reveals surprising results, which is why we must maintain a database of client feedback, personnel recommendations, and grievances.
