This assignment focuses on my observations, opinions, insights, and conclusions regarding the key sustainability and survivability issues facing small businesses after my interview with Mrs. Gabrielle Schiller, the founder and manager of Oak Harbor Playtown. One key issue I feel is important to addressing the long term survivability of the company is having a financial survival plan. Every small business must periodically stress-test their financial plans and have enough cash reserves to support the company during adverse events.
