Following a process in understanding the problem is one technique of solving issues in a team project. Using the procedure to discover and understand the problem has numerous advantages in a project team, such as defining the problem, assessing its causes, brainstorming alternatives, choosing alternative to be used, and evaluating the problem.
Defining the problem
This step involves carrying out investigations and analysis to understand the problem. The problem might be positive or negative.
