1 Communication and motivation can be leveraged to improve organizational effectiveness as a whole for some reasons which are as follows: In communication, various stages must be considered to create effective communication – this includes a sender, receiver who can understand what has been said, and a channel without barrier. In connection with this, motivation varies in two: intrinsic and extrinsic. If these two will be combined, it will create a stronger comprehension and efficient sharing of ideas because these involve two or more individuals. Through effective communication and proper motivation, organizational effectiveness as a whole will gradually be attained.
2 It is a culture or shall be said as a mere understanding that influences come from a certain prominent individual that has shown the people the field where one excelled; this certain influence is classified as a direct influence. This comes from a direct source which can be the very reason why one can be influenced in a way how it was done or even beyond it by a specific person. On the other hand, indirect influence means that influences are being channeled through creating a certain group to leverage a sense of leadership and cooperation; the influence flows in this way. These two influences connect with good leadership of people, as well as, to the institution because of both practice camaraderie, dedication, etc.
