Choose Your Topic (insert pre-approved topic here)

In the space below, replace the bracketed text with a short paragraph about what you already knew before this course about your selected topic, based on your personal history or experiences. This may include assumptions, beliefs, or values related to the topic. Be as detailed as possible.

As far as what I know about the drafting of the U.S. Constitution is very minimal. I know that it started to be drafted in May of 1787 and signed on 9/17/1787 in Pennsylvania. Question

Response

Identify one question about the topic that you are curious about.

Describe why this question matters to you personally.

Identify a second question about the topic you are curious about.

What options were put forward about the age limits of people who hold public offices? Is it still valid, or does it need amendment?

Describe why this question matters to you personally.

Life is dynamic, and human qualities change with time. Technological advancement has reduced life expectancy. People look older at a younger age compared to the previous centuries. Holding office terms also need to change to give vibrant people a chance to hold the office depending on the overall life expectancies. Therefore, this question will help me determine whether the constitution needs any amendments or if its drafting considered the dynamism of life and gave accommodative limits.

Describe why...
