Describe the ways to demonstrate servant leadership
The demonstration of servant leadership follows different ways like being proactive, ambitious, and driven as it is a responsibility to behold (Gandolfi & Stone, 2018). Additionally, in servant leadership, the leaders concentrate on the individual capability because once you get people to succeed in their tasks; the mission naturally becomes the second step (Gandolfi & Stone, 2018). It implies that a servant leader creates a focused team that collectively works together to achieve its mission. The two main attributes that make a servant leader successful are discipline and strength because the priority is the individuals served while they come second (Gandolfi & Stone, 2018). Therefore, being a servant leader is more fulfilling considering the importance of being courageous and ensuring individual accountability in everything good done within the organization.
