The beneficiaries of the black money are largely the power in the society. These are people that are at the center of world power such as princes and prime ministers among others. They are legitimately powerful personalities and they can easily get away with the corruption cases. It is also common among these groups of people to blackmail one another such that, they end up in a cycle of corruption that is almost impenetrable. It is also interesting to note that most of these powerful figures use their power to steal the monies simply because they can and they will get away with it.
