The last section of Ch. 1 in the Soomo Webtext is a worksheet to guide you in selecting your research topic and gaining approval from your instructor. This is the first of six scaffold steps related to your course research. You must complete this worksheet and notify your instructor via course mail by Thursday of Module 1.

Advances in technology have changed the social dynamic as globalization and technological growth restructures society.
How does this problem relate to one or both of your Degree Depths?
The technological advancements of recent come with environmental and personal dangers. From the growing pace of cancer to the deterioration of social relations.
Why is this global issue or problem significant to researchers in your field of study?
Research of possible and actual harmful effects that technology has introduced is essential to study. The ramifications can be devastating if society does not take head to the changes within its structure and social dynamic.
