What is one thing you learned from this week that you’d want the world to know?
I learned that there has always been a gender divide in human society, and work, roles, and responsibilities are essential tools used to subjugate the dialogue of gender relations. I have realized that the gender divide is instilled deep into our understanding, and despite how much human societies deny it, gender equality is still a far-fetched idea.
What do you think would be interesting for future research to look into on this topic?
I think that it would be interesting for future research to look at the social constructs of gender. This way, people will have a better understanding of how to address gender and work.
