Conflicts are part of everyday life. They either affect relationships among people positively or negatively, depending on how people tackle them. I have experienced conflicts firsthand. From my experience, I came to realize the benefits of resolving conflicts effectively.
In my first year of study at university, I bought the idea that I was free to do whatever I wanted as a university student, whenever I wanted.
