As faculty members, you have been asked to design a 4-hour Leadership Strategies course that would accommodate the learning styles for a selected 10 students. The students have all completed a learning style inventory in which three of the students are determined visual learners, four are kinesthetic learners, and the rest are auditory learners. Note: The intended audience for the course can be newly graduated nurses.
Compose a 500-750-word paper which describes your plan to accommodate the learning styles of each student. This plan starts with defining course objectives; use the "A-B-C-D Method of Writing Objectives" resource as a guide. The objectives should incorporate Bloom's taxonomy, be written at the appropriate level for the audience, and include at least two learning domains (cognitive, psychomotor, and affective). Make sure to include the following:
An outline of the course content and agenda that will be covered.
Descriptions of the learning activities and the rationale for the learning activities selected
Strategies to assess learning, based on the learner objectives
Use at least three scholarly, peer-reviewed resources less than 5 years old in addition to the course materials.
Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is required.

One of the critical aspects of being a nurse is to lead. Leadership in such a competitive decorum means that they must motivate their team, colleagues, and seniors in times of need to achieve mutual goals, that is, the patients' wellbeing. Nurses are required to treat people like themselves, not just flesh and bones with diseases and disorders. They must have qualities the likes of, sense of responsibility, integrity, respect for others, courage, agility, and the ability to make sound decisions in challenging situations (Gotsis & Grimani, 2016). The course is about Leadership Strategies and how Nursing Graduates can apply them practically. It will induce in them a sense of empathy while leading effectively, even in complicated scenarios. One of the essential qualities of being a nurse is to be considerate, relate to, feel the other person's pain, and work towards their relief.
As part of the 4-hour course on Leadership Strategies, there will be three distinct learning mediums. First of all, for the students that are visual learners, a custom-made video will be played. Because such people learn from visual experiences and have creative pictorial memory, this will help them relate to the course easily in the future. Secondly, to help our kinesthetic learners understand how to lead, there will be a live demonstration of a situation where leadership will be desperately needed, and they will be encouraged to physically become a part of the demonstration to contribute to the betterment of any problem at their workplace. It will follow the pattern of a case study in which all participants' opinions will be valued.
