Process improvement strategies can play a key role in enhancing the acceptability of a company and its products by customers. Since it is a process, it means that several steps need to be followed to create competitive deliverables. When formulating an improvement strategy, it is important to factor in such aspects as its viability and the challenges that might hamper its efficiency.
