The HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator job focuses on performing selection and hiring of personnel, while supporting the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) talent acquisition team. This will facilitate recruitment and coordination of the candidates working on-boarding process to build, support candidate relationships and new employee orientation. The coordinator is also tasked with ensuring quality, effectiveness and timeliness in the selection process and helping to identify suitable people to execute and develop the tasks of positions at MFC. This system is useful to automatically manage the entire recruitment process, from receiving applications to candidate selection, while the HR coordinator also relies on written and verbal communication. Employees are an asset to the company and the ideal candidate for the aforementioned position ought to have demonstrated management skills and interview scheduling or employee orientation facilitation experience.
