This video by Business Minder is one that aims at informing the viewers the characteristics of a leader. The video is quite simple and also allows viewers enough time to read through the characteristics. From the video, communication is indeed key for leaders and instrumental in the formation of one-on-one relationships. Listening is also another feature listed in the video as well as the association with like-minded individuals. Aside from the above, effective leadership also calls for assertiveness as well as acknowledging one’s limits and strengths. Additionally, successful leaders also know when the time for change is nigh and will always exude confidence and optimism even when others do not.
